Invited but never signed in, or no sign-in for 30+ days. Follow up, or disable to free the seat.
Companies
New company
Lowercase letters, digits, hyphens. Cannot be changed later.
Groups (factories / departments) and who sees what are set up afterwards with the Groups button on the company's row.
One row per client company. A company subscribes to one or more products (each with its own user limit and expiry); open it to add subscriptions and see its people. Usage covers the last 30 days.
Invite a person
One email, any number of products. Each product gets its own sign-in and password.
Only the products it subscribes to can be given.
Nothing is emailed. Use a sign-in ID in email form (e.g. ravi.line5@abc-apparels.grpe). You get the temporary password on screen, once, to share privately; with a secondary email you can open your own email app with the message ready.
Infrastructure
Run each site's pipeline from here. Plan shows what would change and changes nothing; you apply exactly the plan you reviewed. OpenTofu runs in GitHub Actions — never on this device.
AWS costs by product
From AWS Cost Explorer, split by each stack's Project and Environment tags (US dollars, before tax where AWS shows it separately). Figures lag AWS by up to a day; read at most every 6 hours (AWS charges per read).
